Logic & Accuracy Testing Notice

Per O.C.G.A. §21-2-379.25 notice is hereby given that the logic and accuracy testing and preparation of voting equipment for the upcoming May 21, 2024 General Primary Election is scheduled to begin on April 15, 2024 and will continue from day to day until complete excluding weekend days. Testing of the election equipment is set to begin daily no earlier than 8:30am and will not continue past 5:00pm daily and while testing will occur during these hours, it may not take place the entire time each day. Testing will take place at the Haralson County Board of Elections & Registration Office located at Haralson County Courthouse, 4485 Georgia Highway 120, Buchanan, Georgia 30113, and the Berea-Steadman Polling Place located at 402 Mt. Zion Church Rd, Tallapoosa, Georgia 30176. Representatives of political parties and bodies, news media, and the public shall be permitted to observe such test.
